Personal Touch

A unique approach to personal training in a small group setting with your instructor, Personal Touch is designed to increase your muscle tone and enhance your Jazzercise workout by focusing on varying muscle groups and techniques designed to help you achieve maximum results.
Each 45-55 minute class includes strength training, muscle toning, and flexibility using weights, tubes, steps, and or resist-a-ball.
6-week Sessions are being held at Satellite Beach Tuesday OR Thursday 8:00 AM at a cost of $150.

Now into my 7th+ year of Jazzercize I find my evenings with the "Mo-Tivator" (Mo Buccelli) in the Personal Touch class (my 3rd session) to be energizing, invigorating, fun, and a real "ball" (exercise ball that is !). Not only does Personal Touch help you tone and define your personal physique but it also shows you how to enhance your movements in class so you can get more out of your Jazzercise workouts.

In "short" (and I can say that since I'm only 4'11" tall) I strongly recommend that you take this next step in fitness and sign up for the next Personal Touch class...its a great complement to standard Jazzercize class and is definitely worthwhile for any level of Jazzercizer.

"PERSONAL "TOUCH"

I must say that after being an avid Jazzerciser for more than 2 years I was most curious when a class called "Personal Touch" was offered....I thought how different could this be.....well, not only was I surprised at how personal it got but the results are fantastic......

All the instructors would talk about using your "core muscles" ....not knowing what they were or how to use them, I just went about my regular routine of dancing to the great music and every once in a while I would check on my abdominals.....and usually they were not doing a thing!

In February I signed up for the Personal Training class with "Mo"...... Mo is very hard to describe as she is poetry in motion. If you ever see her at a regular class her every movement is in perfect form along with correct posture. As an instructor of the PT class she is phenomenal! You get to know each of your muscles groups personally as she calls them by name and lets you know what they do and how they work best for you. The most important thing is you remember what she teaches and engage them at the regular Jazzercise class to get the most out of your workout.

So all I can say is that if you have not found your "core" or maybe lost it or looking for it and want to get the most out of your exercise class, give Mo a try and you will be surprised at how your body shape will change.

Since February I have lost 20 plus pounds by watching what I eat and practicing what Mo taught.............most of all I found my "Core" that I thought I never had!
I just had my husband say to me today that my slacks were sagging in the back and I need a new pair! WHAT!! It was music to my ears...

I know I owe it all to Jazzercise and the great instructors that are so devoted and inspire us all with every class they teach.

Give Personal Touch Class a try....I guarantee you will love Mo and the END results!
