1 box Honeynut Chex cereal
1 box Golden Grahams cereal
1 box Corn Chex cereal
1 24oz. can salted peanuts
1 bag pretzel sticks
Mix all together and divide into 3 bowls
2 pkgs. White bark chocolate (Ambrosia or Borden’s) buy 3 pkgs. For better coverage
Melt 3 chunks of white bark in microwave for 45 sec. Stir. Add more bark; melt in microwave, stir. Pour over cereal mixture, mix all together and spread out on wax paper to dry. When cool, break apart and store in air tight container.
Layered Vegetable Salad

1 head of lettuce chopped
1/2 to1 cup chopped onion
1/2 to1 cup chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts drained
1 10oz pkg frozen peas thawed
11/2 cups mayonnaise
2Tbls sugar
2 lg tomatoes chopped
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
6 slices bacon (cooked, drained and crumbled)
Grated cheddar cheese (as desired)
In a large bowl or oblong dish make an even layer of lettuce.
Mix onion and celery and sprinkle over top.
Sprinkle the water chestnuts over and then the thawed peas.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over the top and sprinkle with sugar.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day layer the remaining ingredients as listed in order.
TACO SOUP

3 cups water
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Brown ground beef and mix all ingredients in soup pot… simmer for 10-15 mins., to bring all flavors together. Serve with tostitos, shredded cheese and sour cream on the side.
A great weight watchers meal!
Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients
2 lbs uncooked shrimp, peeled and deviened (15 - 20 per pound, that's how they measure shrimp)
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
For sauce
1/2 Heinz Chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tblsp horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
Preheat oven to 400
Peel and devein shrimp (leave tails on for easy handling)
Toss together shrimp, olive oil, salt and pepper in mixing bowl
Place on baking sheet with sides in a single layer and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Remove from oven and place on serving tray
Mix sauce ingredients together and place in serving bowl
Refrigerate left overs (if there are any)
